Originally founded in 1991 by Edward R. Howe Jr. as Howe and Associates, HFC Executive Search conducts a wide range of top level national and international searches for both Fortune 500 and private equity backed companies.

The Managing Partners, who were existing search consultants at Howe and Associates, acquired the firm in 2001 and retained the company name until 2006 at which time it was renamed HFC Executive Search. Together, they each have 30 years of related industry experience.
